TERMS OF SERVICE

• The prices are per apartment, up to 2 people and night, including all taxes;

• A surcharge of € 20.00 per night is charged for each additional person;

• For people aged 14 and over, the community residence tax is € 1.55 per person per night;

• The price includes: bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, electricity and heating, WiFi and final cleaning;

• Reduction for children on request;

• The stated prices are valid for a stay of at least 3 nights;

• For less than 3 nights we allow ourselves a short stay surcharge of
  € 8.00 per person and night to be charged.

• On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m.

• We ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure;

• For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed;

• Payment is made in cash, PayPal or by bank transfer;

• To fix the booking, we allow ourselves to request a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

• If the booking is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, we can no longer refund the deposit;

• The guests are asked to treat the furnishings and all objects in the apartments and in the house with care. In the event of damage caused by the guests, the damage incurred will be invoiced.
