In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, we would like to inform you that we process personal data from customers and suppliers as well as data from people who willingly provide their personal data to our company (in person, by telephone or by e Email) as well as by registering on our website, as well as of persons whose data has been taken over by third parties, for example when collecting external data for business information, public directories, etc., whereby in the latter case it is exclusively personal data more common / of an ordinary nature and nature.

We guarantees within the framework of the legal requirements that the processing of personal data takes place in consideration of the fundamental rights and freedoms as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

Objectives and purposes of data processing:

• to credit institutions with which our company maintains business relationships for the administration of receivables / liabilities and for financing brokerage

The data processing can take place with or without the help of electronic, in any case automatic, means and includes all the processes provided and required for the data processing in question. The General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 gives the person concerned the opportunity to exercise certain rights. In particular, he has the right to obtain information about whether and which data is available about him and to find out more detailed information about this data, its origin and the reason and purpose of its processing, as well as information about the owner and person responsible for processing and persons and categories of persons to whom this data may be communicated.

The person concerned has the right to update, correct and supplement his data and to request that the data be deleted, blocked and converted into anonymous data if the processing violates the legal provisions.
